Coach Juan Arroyo took me to the depths of hell with his class. It was challenging, fun, and he was encouraging and empathetic throughout. Taught me sick combos and techniques.
TheBluntTake
Juan’s boxing classes are top notch. Learning from a pro boxer really helps you get technique and form right, and he keeps it at a level that works for beginners or more advanced.

From its immaculate facilities to its top-notch staff, it exceeds expectations. The value for the price is unmatched, especially with the wide array of classes.
